This is the most useful thing you can send. If a fact on this site is wrong, tell us which page and which line. We check it and fix it.

Accuracy complaints go to the front of the queue.

Other things worth sending

• A seller we should look at. Include a link.
• A certificate that does not match a jar. That is a real story.
• A page that is hard to read. We write for a general reader. If a page lost you, that is our fault.

What we cannot help with

• Where to buy. We do not answer sourcing questions.
• Doses, mixing or protocols. We do not publish those.
• Whether something is safe for you. Ask a doctor. We are not one.
